We bring our dogs here and the whole staff could not make this any more pleasant than they do. We are met with informative, caring and such a nice staff. We are listened to and respected in regards to course of treatment. Love that they are willing to work with you on a natural treatment plan as well as pharmaceutical. Great hours for people who have to come after work, reasonable cost and highly recommend!

As a new client, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a same day appointment for my aussie ‘Bama. And he, too, was surprised upon receiving a new, squeaky stuffed toy before the exam. We were seen promptly in a spotlessly fresh room where Dr Berdahl checked over BamBam and addressed a fractured nail before vaccinating and testing for heartworm. Lucky choice for us!

They are very professional & friendly to their 2 legged clients and certainly have a wonderful bedside manner with their 4 legged clients. Although it was my first visit, they all knew my new family member by name as soon as we walked in the door, as the previous owners brought her there as well. So over the top impressed with NWVH. Right from the phone call I placed to beg a last minute emergency appointment on a holiday weekend Friday, to the AMAZING vet tech and Veterinarian in the exam room. My dog was comfortable (and overly dramatic…) I was comfortable and I was super impressed at the knowledge both had. The front desk staff was fantastic too! Thank you all so much! Strongly considering permanently switching vets!

WONDERFUL! The amount of love my pups and cat feel when they come in is unreal. The office is quick to move you into a room and even let you do family visits (both dogs and cat). I could not say enough positive things about North Windham Vet, THEY ROCK!
